New Feature! – Account Billing in Cloud Cost Management

If you are a reseller or MSP, you’ll love the Account Billing feature! Now, you can see the total cost for each of your customer accounts, along with any markup or discount you apply to each account.

In Account Billing, you can apply markup and passthrough rules for each of your customer accounts. These rules can be set on the Cost Saving dashboard and Cost vs Utilization (CUR) reports (but not on Bill Analysis).

As a reseller or MSP, you have a parent account with sub-accounts for your customers. The account billing for all your customers can be displayed on a single page, if configured to do so. Each customer can also see details about their own accounts.

Your customers can either purchase their accounts directly from a cloud provider or purchase them from you, as a reseller or MSP. Both types of accounts can be viewed in your Cloud Cost Management overview of customer accounts.

Access permissions limit which users can see which account details. You decide who gets to see what.

Using sub-accounts requires a Pro License with additional reseller or MSP features enabled by Virtana.
